The Secret Formula

Most people leave responsibility to others and let themselves go. “No no you are not fat you are perfect the way you are”. “Stop trying to change your financial situation, you are already 50”. “Your life will be over soon, it’s not worth it now”. “Don’t start this project, you won’t make it anyway”
In this Blogpost i’m going to teach you how to take back control of your life in 30 days. We are going to destroy all distractions so you can continue on you’re journey and reach you’re destination in the end.
“Life is a do it yourself project.”
Most people just go about their lives. Most people leave responsibility to others and let themselves go. “No no you are not fat you are perfect the way you are”. “Stop trying to change your financial situation, you are already 50”. “Your life will be over soon, it’s not worth it now”. “Don’t start this project, you won’t make it anyway”.



  • THE PLAN
    So for me, bad habits were the following and I replaced each with good new habits:
    1. Porn/masturbating with real sex
    2. Socialmedia hours of scrolling through reading and studying
    3. Sugar and fast food with fruits vegetables and meat
    4. And then I add meditation on a daily basis.

    Meditating has various benefits that you can go check out in my next newsletter. Now write down everything that is no longer useful to you and replace it with something new. If you can’t think of anything, you can also get inspiration from me.

    I focus on going to the gym 5 times a week, if you are not that athletic, you should start jogging at least 3 times a week. As the saying goes strong body strong mind, and a strong mind is something we definitely need when trying to achieve our dreams.

    I will use my cell phone as little as possible, I am going on a dopamine detox. If you want to know more about dopamine, feel free to go check out my blogpost about dopamine. There I explained in detail why dopamine is responsible for most addictions.

  • DOPAMIN
    I try to eat up to 4000 calories every day. Of course you don’t have to unless you want to build muscle faster. If not then you should eat 2500 – 3000. That is in the normal range. When eating I focus on at least one fruit a day, fish once a week, preferably fresh from the sea and chicken and beef twice a week also fresh from the butcher if possible.

    So I have chosen 2 books that I will study in these 30 days that can bring me even more clarity towards my goals. The books are The millionair Fastlane and Dotcom Secrets. I read at least 10 pages a day. And meditating helps with focus and destroying bad habits or addictions, so I meditate Daily for 10 minutes a day.

    Write this down on a paper!
    This will be our daily plan, which we will strictly follow
    Exercise 5 times a week
    4000 calories food 1 fruit per day vegetables fish and meat
    Cell phone as little as possible Dopamine Detox
    Read 10 pages per day in one of the books
    Meditate 10 minutes per day

Okay are you ready, have you put together a similar plan? If no I want to ask you, is a life without dreams worth living? Is comfort more important to you than growing beyond yourself, discovering the world and creating memories.
